These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and b33 ("b33", "we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the b33 website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services available at b 33-b33.com.

b33 accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit, though b33 reserves the right to apply limits to individual accounts where necessary.

Deposits are credited to your b33 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your account within 15 minutes of payment, please contact b33 support with your transaction reference number.

• All deposits must be made from a mobile wallet registered in your own name.
• b33 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts or shared wallets.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once credited to your b33 account.

Withdrawal requests on b33 are processed to the same mobile wallet used for the player's most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect players from unauthorised withdrawals.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours of submission, subject to any pending verification requirements. During periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

• Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.

All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be played through before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means the bonus amount must be wagered a total of 20 times before a withdrawal can be requested.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and cannot be withdrawn directly.

In the event of a technical fault during a game session — such as a disconnection or a software error — b33 will attempt to resolve the issue and restore the game to its state immediately before the fault occurred. • Players must not use any software, script, or tool to gain an unfair advantage in any b33 game.
• Collusion between players in any b33 game is strictly prohibited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the b33 platform and will result in immediate account closure:
